IPHONE USERS are luckiest in love, or in the sack at least, according to some research from an online dating site.
Okcupid did some intense investigations into the success rates of its users, and found that owners of the Apple handset have done the business more than Blackberry and Android fans.
Apparently lady Iphone owners have had relations with 12 fanbois at the age of 30, twice the number as those with Android phones. Blokes with Iphones are less successful and could only rack up 10 conquests each, but that's not surprising given that most purchase an Iphone to supplement a lack of, ahem, personality.
The question fanbois should be asking is what would Saint Steve say? After all, we all know about his old fashioned ways when it comes to Goldie, so it could be entirely possible that Uncle Steve prefers immaculate conception.
Quite what effect this will have on fanbois who only conduct themselves in a manner that is befitting of the great man, is unknown, but we doubt it will lead to the fruit themed toymaker bringing out a chastity belt just yet. Then again given the failure rate of the Iphone 4, perhaps it'll have the opposite effect.
Perhaps we are not taking this 'research' seriously enough? After all it does tend to suggest that vain fanbois like to play away from home more than those who make rational, knowledgeable decisions.
It's not particularly surprising that Android users like to stick with what they have, after all they know how to make the right choice in the first place. Then again, with the Iphone you really do get a dog. µ
